- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are provided if the service has not yet been started or delivered.
- Refunds are not available once work on custom design or development services has commenced.
- Refunds for subscription-based services will be prorated for any unused portion of the service.
Delivery Policy
All services provided by Haven Media Solutions are digital and do not require physical shipment.
- Upon agreement and purchase, services will commence based on the scope outlined in your agreement.
- Delivery timelines for web design, SEO, or other digital services will be clearly communicated, typically ranging from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the project complexity.
- Clients will be notified via email upon project completion or milestone deliveries.
Return Policy
Given the nature of our digital services, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us at [email protected], and we will work with you to address any concerns.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions for ongoing services such as hosting, SEO, or maintenance plans can be canceled at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- For project-based services, cancellations are allowed before work begins. If work has already started, the client may cancel but will be responsible for paying for the portion of the project completed to date.
- For subscription cancellations, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
